In a previous life I haunted the recording studios of Los Angeles. It's fun to tell stories about meeting Klingons or Ferengi in costume while on break, or chatting with Capt. Jean-Luc Picard at the Salt Lake City airport, but I don't miss the tedium and the politics. Much respect to the fine musicians who continue to work in this medium.
