Consulting: After working in the nonprofit sector for many years as co-founder, executive director and board member, I believe I have much to offer nonprofits, especially those in transition. My experience ranges from development, capacity building and capital campaigns, to strategic planning, best practices and financial oversight.  I've converted small donors into major donors, and found money that nonprofits didn't know they had! I know how to ask donors for support, and can put together an effective fundraising proposal or an elevator pitch.
